Joining a Google Meeting

Joining a Google Meeting

With a Meeting Code

The method of joining a Google Meeting depends upon how the user received the invitation. If you were sent a Meeting code, copy it, click the "Join a Meeting" button within Gmail, and paste the code within the provided text bar.

Once the code has been entered a new window will open which allows the user to choose whether their camera and microphone are on or off at the beginning of the meeting (they can be turned on again later if needed). Once that decision has been made clicking the "Join Now" button will fully enter the user into the meeting.
