STEPS FOR GRANT SUBMISSION: UNIVERSITY APPROVAL
Whether your funding source is a government agency, business, or foundation, the process starts with the Proposal Routing Form.

- Grant Routing FormComplete the routing form and request approval signatures prior to submitting your grant. This should be completed no less than 90 days prior to submission due date.
- Conflict of Interest in Research Disclosure FormThis form must be completed at the time of application submission for all projects and shall be updated at least annually within the period of award (or within thirty (30) days of any discovery of a significant financial interest).
Information and Procedures
NNU does not have a written travel policy, therefore, the PI must follow either the travel policy specifically required by the Grant Agreement (e.g., ISGA) or, if no specific policy is required by the Grant Agreement, the rates and amounts established under the US Code (5 USC 5701-11) or by the GSA . . . must apply to travel under Federal awards.
