• How do I use the Accessibility Checker in the Rich Content Editor?  
  • The checker looks for common issues related to headings, images, tables, and more.
     

• How do I add and modify text in the Rich Content Editor?
  • Using Text Styles will be important if you plan to use headings and subheadings.
     
• How do I manage alt text and display options for images embedded in the Rich Content Editor?
  • Visually impaired students usually rely on screen reader technology to read text that describes images.
     
• How do I create hyperlinks to external URLs in the Rich Content Editor?
  • Embedding links onto the keyword, phrase, or title of the page to which they point is accessible and user-friendly to everyone; providing just the URL is usually neither!

  • Planning to use video? Canvas Studio is a better tool than the built-in video tool in the text editor.
